Mr. and Mrs. Matt Andrews

Last Friday the forecast called for thunderstorms.  Normally, I wouldn’t care on a Friday, but last Friday was Matt and Carter’s OUTSIDE wedding.  So, I was a little nervous.  But when I arrived in Clemson and the clouds surrounded us, their attitudes were perfectly sunny.  It wouldn’t have mattered if their was a hurricane that day.  Those two were getting married, and that’s ALL that mattered.

After Matt and Carter left my house after our first meeting, I told Kyle, “if I don’t book them, I will be devastated”.  They just had this amazing chemistry together and you couldn’t help wanting to be friends with them.  So, to say I was honored they chose me, is an understatement.

Carter has this natural beauty that shows through whether she’s in a tank dress or a wedding gown.  And the way Matt replied after she said he looked so great with, “I’m just trying to keep up with you”, made my heart melt.

I loved every part of this wedding.  Especially the part where NO rain fell.  The wind was a bit wild, but it made for beautiful photos.  And of course it was easy to photograph them because one, they just had so much fun all day and two, they are gorgeous, on the inside and out!  And just when we thought it couldn’t get any better, the sun came out for about 15 minutes and we were able to get some gorgeous sunset shots!

Thank you for choosing me.  I hope St. Lucia is all that you dreamed.  I can’t wait to see what God has planned for y’all!

A special thanks to Jenny for second shooting with me!  And of course the lovely Amanda Cox for making everything work perfectly!

Much Love!
