Mr. & Mrs. Ben Fields~ Downtown Grace Baptist Church and the Runway Cafe
Last Saturday, Sabrina and Ben were married. I’m sure a lot of other people were married on this day as well, but for Kim and I, Saturday was quite special to us as well. You see, Sabrina is a good friend of ours as well as a photographer. So when she asked the two of us to shoot her wedding together, we were thrilled. It was so fun to watch and photograph Sabrina and Ben and to shoot along side of Kim. We rarely get to do that so it was super fun!
Knowing Ben and Sabrina made it very hard to shoot their wedding though. Why, you ask!?!? Well, there were so many tears in our eyes all day that focusing was an issue. 🙂 I still remember exactly where I was when Sabrina called me to tell me that she had met Ben. In fact, every time I go past this place in Clemson, I think of them. Sabrina and Ben waited on the right person. They didn’t marry the first person they fell for and they didn’t settle for someone who wasn’t God’s choice for them. They waited on God to bring them together. That’s how I feel about mine and Kyle’s relationship. So, you’ll have to forgive me for the comparison, but I just can’t help it. 🙂 So many people at their wedding shared this same sentiment and there was a sweetness about the day that was evident every time you looked at them. Sabrina and Ben, thank you for allowing Kim and I to have a front seat to your sweet love story. I cried the entire day and I’m quite surprised that my shots came out in focus.
I hope that Paris is all you remember it being and only sweeter now that Ben is there with you.
Much love! Jana & Kim
